#CGM. Cummins 4BT / 6BT to a Chevy 4L80E / 700R4 / 4L60E / TH400 transmission, billet aluminum transmission adapter and billet steel flexplate. Fits 2002 back, 2003 up available. We have a computer to control a 4L80E / 4L60E transmission. This Cummins adapter and flexplate Combo Kit is light years ahead of the used adapters on the market that don't fit correctly. This adapter uses a 6 liter Ford Power Stroke starter. If your Cummins engine has a standard transmission flywheel now your flywheel bolts will be too long for the new automatic transmission flexplate. You will need new shorter flexplate bolts. Call 1-888-8771008 to order.

Cummins to Allison Adapter. This plate will adapt your Cummins engine to an Allison 1000 series transmission with a GM bellhousing. Must be used with our hybrid billet flexplate. Available for 12valve or common rail engines. We have the 24 valve common rail adapter in stock. Cost $1390.00

Allison 1000 Stand Alone Controller

Includes Allison TCM, XFC, TPS adapter and complete harness. Allows user definable shift points, converter lockups and shift quality. Also has tunable torque input, TPS calibration and engine RPM calibration. Five speed only at this time. Comes with the MLPS. Cost $1599.00

#CGM2. Adapter to install a 4L80E transmission on a Dodge 23 spline transfer case (automatic only). The 1996 up transfer case when used with the above Cummins adapter will be in the approximate same position. The 1995 back transfer case will move to the front approximately 4 1/2 inches. We do not recommend using this transmission behind a 6 cylinder.

6.0 Ford ZF6 Plate
Available for Commonrail (shown) and 12v/24vmotors. Commonrail plates have the o-ring groove to seal the rear camshaft. Includes transmission mounting bolts and starter mount bolts. Requires use of our crankshaft spacer.

4R100 Gas Plate
This would be the plate for a V10 replacement. Available for 12v/ 24v or Commonrail (shown) motors. Commonrail plates have the o-ring groove to seal the rear camshaft. There is no need to clearance your transmission with this adapter plate. Includes transmission mounting bolts and starter mount bolts. When used with the billet hybrid flexplate, use the Ford torque converter of your choice.


		Ford Small Block Transmission This plate will adapt your cummins motor to a Ford small block automatic. Must be used with our hybrid billet flexplate. #BHS. 47RE / 48RE Bellhousing Spacer. Due to the many aftermarket torque converters and aftermarket flexplates on the market, sometimes the correct clearance between the torque converter and flexplate can't be obtained. This spacer is just less than 1/8 inch thick and comes with two new extended dowel pins. This part is the answer to a long standing problem. Cost $69.00

After the bellhousing is bolted up and before the torque converter is bolted to the flexplate there should be about 1/8 inch between the converter and flexplate, if not the pump may be damaged.

This is the answer to a 2005 up 48RE broken case replacement. #TVB. Now you can use an earlier model case on a 2005 up 48RE transmission with an electronic throttle valve actuator. The 2005 up 48RE cases sell in the $500.00 range. Cost $39.00
